Technical Coordinator Leicestershire

Your new company
You will be joining an affordable housing developer, with a fantastic office culture, as a Technical Co-ordinator, based in their Leicester office. They are sustainability driven and strive to minimise their environmental impact through efficient construction practices and recycling systems.

Your new role
As a Technical Coordinator you will:

  • Review design and specifications for alternatives to provide added value.
  • Arrange design team meetings to ensure delivery dates for information and drawings are being met.
  • Co-ordination of Design Team and Specialist subcontractors
  • Ensure CDM information is provided by external consultants.
  • Attend Contract Launch meeting to agree accountabilities.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A background in Architecture or Engineering.
