Are you passionate about innovation and ready to play a key role in the future of Identity & Access Management (IAM)?

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who thrives in a large-scale, complex environment, and who is eager to push IAM processes to the next level of seamless integration and self-service.

You'll be part of a starting DevOps team focused on machine Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), working with the latest IAM tools and technologies. Your mission? To turn the vision for next-generation IAM into a tangible business case and actionable roadmap, driving real change through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate our IAM vision into business principles, compelling business cases, and roadmaps.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather IAM requirements around user access, authentication, authorization, and policy-based access control.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Partner with architects and technical teams to align solutions with design specifications.
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure compliance with relevant rules, laws, and regulations.
  • Help prioritize and manage IAM development backlogs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, particularly within IAM, including cloud IAM (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong grasp of IAM concepts like authentication, authorization, and access management.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, storytelling, and building business cases.
  • Familiarity with IAM systems like SailPoint, One Identity, and Active Directory is a plus.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA, CBAP) are a bonus.
  • Self-driven, excellent writing skills, strong analytical mindset, and a natural talent for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
