Your new company
I am currently working with a leading construction company who are looking for a technical administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
Reporting to the compliance manager, the main purpose of your role is to:
- Manage the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and subsequent payment using CRM tickets to keep business informed
- To keep master data up to date for all subcontractors within business
- To manage the input of applications as received and to ensure all applications have the correct backing documentation and are input right first time
- Liaise with finance shared service centre for invoicing and certificate errors
- Liaise with commercial staff and resolve any issues with payment notices
- Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management
- To promote and drive the use of best practice across all areas by collaborating with colleagues and supporting new initiatives
- To act as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process across all functions
