What you'll be working towards
We are currently looking to engage with a Technical Lead with experience within the public sector.
About You
The role will require an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Ruby applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, helping them solve complex technical issues and advance their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
