Job Description

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Manager to motivate, lead and support a team of 12 administrators.

This role would suit someone who has been used to working for a small company and seeing them grow as there are plans for the team to grow to 20 within 12 months!

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily team meetings, including 121s with each member of the team

Accountable for the team meeting client obligations and SLAs

Manage client expectations, act as an escalation point and attend client meetings

Manage resource requirements for the team, assist with recruitment and facilitating growth of the team

General line management responsibilities and accountable for monthly reporting and invoicing

Oversee onboarding of new clients and delivery of other projects

Essential skills

Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams

A strong team player and problem solver

Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure

Strong Administration background is a must!

Salary: up to £55,000 (depending on expereince) plus excellent staff benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday - can be offered as hybrid with attending the office at least 3 days a week.
