• You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years
  experience as an employee or
  Head of an IT service desk team
• Your strengths include a strong service and service orientation
• Your good communication skills make you the primary contact person for our customers

Your job:

• Management and development of the IT
  
  Service Desk at the customer's site
• Monitoring and coordination of incident processing
• Supporting the team in processing incidents
• Identifying recurring IT problems and developing solutions to resolve them in the long term
• Supporting the expansion of the customer's IT infrastructure
