Team Leader, Sheffield, £30000 - £35000 + Benefits + Hybrid working

As a team leader, you will be supervising a experienced team of surveyors and coordinators. You will play a crucial role in supervising the coordinators and assistants with various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the coordinators and assistants on a day to day basis
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolutions.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
• Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
• Preparing and submitting regular financial reports.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and project delivery.
