Team Lead Functional Safety for Complex Hardware / Semiconductors (f/m/d)

Job Description

AUFGABEN

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, including task coordination and resource planning
• Testing and assessment of complex safety-related electronic systems for our national and international customers
• Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of complex hardware components (ASICs, SoCs, Hard & Soft IP, etc.) in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
• Building and expanding team capacity and expertise
• Close coordination with other team leads and department management, contributing to the strategic direction of the company

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or the development of complex hardware/semiconductor components (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
• Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities
• Decisiveness and enthusiasm for innovation
• Flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork with a focus on long-term business success
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%)
• Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
