Team Lead Azure Cloud Engineer (German Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead Azure Cloud Engineer (German Speaking). This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Perform the role of a hands-on leader of a small Azure Cloud Platform Team in the area of infrastructure.
• Develop, operation & further development the Azure Platform & Application Landing Zones (DevOps).
• Support the migration & deployment of new applications based on Azure IaaS & PaaS Services.
• Promote close cooperation with internal teams, especially with regard to the operation of Windows & Linux systems on Azure.
• Drive the further development of the automation stack based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & CI/CD pipelines.
• Support internal teams with regards to IaaS Cloud Solutions & Infrastructure Automation.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Azure Cloud Services & Cloud-Based Infrastructures.
• Skilled in Developing & Implementing Infrastructure (IaaS) on Cloud Platforms.
• Experienced in all or most of the following: Software Development, Azure IaaS/PaaS Services & Automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), various Scripting Languages, CI/CD Pipelines.
• Ideally experience in leading teams.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar.
• Communicative, confident, self-driven & customer-oriented.
• Highly interested in new technologies & enthusiastic to learn continuously to stay up to date.
• Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
