About theRole
We're looking for anexperienced Accommodation / Housekeeping Manager to look after theday-to-day operations of the Team Accommodation department. Youwill oversee cleaning standards, CAFF delivery, and accommodationallocations for current team members and new arrivals. As the TeamAccommodation Manager, you will ensure the efficient operation ofthe resort's Team Accommodation and Launderette. You'll lead yourteam to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness andoperations, set clear objectives, and foster a supportiveenvironment where everyone can excel.
Working closely with leaders and teammembers, you'll address and resolve issues promptly, promoting asafe, secure, and inclusive living space.
Additionally, you'll uphold the company's AccommodationAgreement and Policies, managing any breaches consistently andfairly to ensure full compliance.

We are looking for a motivatedindividual to manage the day-to-day operations of the TeamAccommodation department. Leading and supporting your team, you'llset clear goals, manage shifts, and handle administrative taskslike rotas, stock ordering, and database maintenance. You'll alsoaddress team issues, ensure H&S compliance, and collaboratewith other departments on maintenance and recruitment. With a focuson engagement, retention, and efficiency, you'll drive a positiveexperience for both the team and theorganisation.
To succeed in thisrole, you'll need a strong background in cleaning operations andteam leadership. You should be able to manage multiple priorities,adapt to changing needs, and adjust tasks based on theirimportance. Effective leadership, coaching, and motivation skillsare essential, especially during busy times. You'll need tocommunicate clearly with people at all levels and be comfortablehaving challenging conversations. Experience with formal processesis required, and a flexible, empathetic approach to problem-solvingwill be crucial. Competent IT skills are alsonecessary.
