Teacher of Learning Support (0.8 FTE)

We have a great opportunity for someone to join St Paul's Juniors as a Teacher of Learning Support to promote an environment where children are inspired and excited to learn, and which fosters a spirit of enquiry.

The role will support pupils in developing independent learning skills, including study habits, organisation, self-advocacy, and resilience and deliver Learning Support sessions to identified pupils. The role will also collaborate with subject teachers and Form Tutors to ensure that pupils receive appropriate classroom support and differentiation to access the curriculum effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with pupils with SEND, EAL, or those requiring additional support or challenge, have the motivation to work with children and have a high regard for their happiness, safety and well-being.

Hours: 28 hours per week, 0.8FTE

It adjoins St Paul's School, and shares many facilities with the senior school, including the dining hall, sports complex, engineering workshops and playing fields.
