Talent Acquisition Partner

CK Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in either Paddington or Wrexham on a hybrid basis.

Contract duration:

To start ASAP to the 31/01/25.

Rate:

£28.20-£30.77 per hour.

Talent Acquisition Partner Role:

• Work with a team to develop and execute programs, strategies, and tactics to ensure that our client is positionedas a premier employer to continuously attract and build a pipeline of top talent.
• Develop and execute a broad range of planned, innovative, and effective sourcing strategies to generate astrong and diverse candidate flow.
• Manage vendor contracts/relationships with all relevant job posting sites establish preferred supplierstrategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
• Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management, HRBPs, and other stakeholders toeffectively consult, collaborate and deliver on the hiring strategy.

Your Background:

• Preferred: University degree in HR or related discipline.
• Required: CIPD Qualification or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science industry.
• Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
• 2+ years of experience working as a full cycle recruiter.
