Talencia Consulting - Infrastrucrure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer Cloud to join our System Engineer team in a fast-evolving environment. In this role, you will be involved in Cloud consolidation projects, particularly transitioning from hybrid infrastructure to Azure, and will be responsible for managing both Cloud and On-premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Integrate and manage a hybrid infrastructure that includes on-premise IaaS datacenters and Azure Cloud
  
• Operations and Maintenance: Maintain and operate Cloud and On-premise environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
  
• Incident Resolution: Handle and resolve complex incidents and technical issues (level 2 & 3), ensuring minimal downtime and system reliability
  
• Solution Development: Contribute to the development of new solutions by providing analyses and actionable recommendations to improve infrastructure performance
  
• Managed Services Oversight: Oversee and guide the managed services provided by partners for both Azure and On-premise environments
  
• Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, helping colleagues enhance their technical skills and expertise
  

The ideal candidate

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Azure and DataCenter infrastructure. You should have a solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies
  
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Proficiency in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center is essential for ensuring the reliability and security of our systems
  
• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in Cloud migrations, including data and application migration from on-premise to Azure, is a major asset
  
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate, Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, and ITIL will be highly valued
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Dutch. Proficiency in all three languages is a plus
