Sustainability Associate (Fixed - Term Contract)

We are working with a private real estate firm that is seeking a Sustainability Associate to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months. This is a part-time role, requiring 2 days a week. The successful candidate will support leadership in creating, implementing, delivering, updating, and communicating the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities include leading ESG reporting, investor communications, and stakeholder engagement, as well as managing sustainability data collection and GRESB submissions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating external consultants, organising ESG meetings, preparing the annual Sustainability Report, and supporting ESG training, policy reviews, and strategy updates. The individual will also act as an ESG Committee member and EDI lead.
Skills & Qualifications required for this position include experience in sustainability (real estate preferred), strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and an A-Level or equivalent qualification (degree preferred).
