Suspense Manager (Scheme)

What we're looking for

• Manage suspense accounts within the main banking system, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in line with regulatory standards.
• Expertise in Life and Pension industry products
• Oversee financial risk management by identifying and mitigating discrepancies, ensuring robust control frameworks are in place.
• Ensure system robustness, working closely with IT and finance teams to enhance reconciliation processes.
• Lead and develop teams, including offshore operations, providing guidance and insight into best practices
• Monitor and enforce SLAs, ensuring timely and compliant transaction processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational workflows and reporting.
• Drive efficiencies and process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
