Supporter Acquisition Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Hybrid with min 1 day per week in the London office

We have a great opportunity for a Supporter Acquisition Manager working at a leading global animal welfare charity. You will be joining a highly skilled, knowledgeable and dedicated team, this role will give you the opportunity to work with a large budget, managing multi-channel campaigns so will be great for anyone s professional development.
As part of the Supporter Acquisition Manager role, you will lead a team of two senior officers to grow new supporters through various acquisition products and channels. Playing an instrumental role in the success of the 5-year growth strategy plan.
To be successful as the Supporter Acquisition Manager you will need:
• A fundraiser with experience across a range of acquisition channels, including excellent understanding of DRTV and digital fundraising processes, principles and KPIs
• Experience of line management and ability to motivate direct reports with clear objectives and coaching
• Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining detailed modelled budgets across a variety of products and channels
