Job Description

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Support Engineer skilled in Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub.

Role Summary

  • Serve as the highest level of technical support for Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub issues.
  • Lead the design and documentation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub solutions, ensuring alignment with Azure Well Architected Framework and customer requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve critical and complex technical problems that require in-depth knowledge of virtualization and Azure cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft/Azure support, engineering and development teams to address product-related issues and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for monitoring, management, and troubleshooting of Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub environments.
  • Oversee disaster recovery processes and ensure compliance with audit requests.
  • Maintain and update technical and operational procedures and work instructions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.
  • Engage with customers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide strategic guidance

Experience

  • Extensive experience with Hyper-V and Azure Stack Hub technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, networking, and security principles.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the relevant Certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (highly desirable).
  • Excellent experience in technical support or systems engineering, with a focus on virtualization and Azure cloud solutions

This role has an immediate start and is fully remote.
