A skilled consultant required, for a fully remote role, in SAP SuccessFactors to join a team designing a Succession module. With much of the process mapping and configuration work complete, the consultant will validate the design, and convert the many business needs into functional requirements.
In addition, the consultant will provide advice giving clear recommendations and guidence, so experience from multiple implemantations and pro-active best practice proposals is necessary to fast track the development.
It is essential the consultant has vast experience of Talent Management implementations cross different organisations in SuccessFactors best practise.
