Job Description

This emerging and growing architecture practice are seeking an ambitious and forward thinking administration/operations specialist to join their team. This is a newly created role for them, so a real opportunity to make the role your own and really contribute to the success of this design business.The role will see you working closely with Founder/Director to set up systems and processes as well as supporting him as his PA. As the main point of contact for all business operations, the role would cover administration, finance, marketing, quality control and project support - depending on your skills and interests.This is initially a part-time role, starting at 2/3 days a week, with a view to increasing this as the business needs grow. Work from home and flexibility are both on offer.Key Responsibilities

  • PA support to the Director
  • Operations including setting up administration processes
  • Supporting with finance - ie processing invoices and expenses
  • Assisting with ISO reviews and quality control administration
  • Marketing - working on bids and proposals
  • Booking travel
  • Arranging meetings
  • Assisting with events

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the architecture, design or creative industries
  • Experience in finance and or marketing/BD support would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Xero and InDesign would be beneficial
  • Can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
