The Royal Academy of Music is one of the world's leading conservatoires. It prides itself on being stimulating, forward looking and a friendly environment with a diverse mix of students and staff from over 50 countries. Based in central London adjacent to Regent's Park, we have been training musicians to the highest professional standards since 1822.

We are seeking a Student Lifecycle Administrator to join our Registry team. The Registry plays a pivotal role in central student administration, by dealing with students from the point of application through to graduation. The Registry is also responsible for organising performance examinations, managing marks and feedback, international student exchanges, advising on fee status and visa requirements, disbursing scholarships and bursaries, and completing data returns for organisations such as the Office for Students.

Your responsibilities will include dealing with all front-line enquiries and processing requests for information from students. You will work closely with the Assistant Registrar (Student Lifecycle and Governance) and play an important role in the management and processing of student records at all points of the student lifecycle. You will also support your Registry colleagues to deliver core business activities at key points in the year such as the annual auditions, summer examinations and graduation. This role also has dedicated responsibility for detailed alumni requests relating to the confirmation of studentship. The successful candidate will have experience of assisting the public/students in a customer service environment alongside previous office administration.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. We require a candidate with the ability to work well under pressure whilst always maintaining good customer service and attention to detail.
