Strategic Content Manager - Hybrid/Leeds - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

The SCM role is responsible for driving the strategy behind Learning Design & Solutions for the UK Learning Studio. You will lead the design and implementation of bespoke training solutions that meet client needs. In this role, you will provide technical leadership in instructional design and ensure project success, while also steering the strategic direction of the UK Learning Studio to align with broader business objectives and the wider teams.

Required:

• Extensive experience in similar roles, preferably in IT, E-learning, education, or consulting sectors, with a strong emphasis on solution design, team leadership, and strategic management.
• Deep understanding of the E-learning market, client needs, trends, and strategic market positioning.
• Some leadership or people management experience
• Strong strategic mindset with experience in designing and implementing business strategies.
• Knowledge of learning principles and their application to E-learning.
• Experience working within digital/skills transformation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of E-learning technologies and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel

Desired:

• Understanding of the E-learning market in larger corporate entities
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Kanbanize.
• English and Spanish speaking
• Degree in relevant fields
