Your new company
Our client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add experienced Stock Condition Surveyors (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 10/12 week contract.
Your new role
You will be delivering initially 350 surveys across a residential portfolio in the West of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block and EPC surveys.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Stock Condition/Building Surveyor with a track record within residential condition surveys and EPCS. You will also be EPC accredited, either via Elmhurst or other.
