Stock condition surveyor

My client is on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover Lincolnshire with a well respected organisation. my client are looking for an experienced stock condition surveyor to work on one of their social housing contracts.Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

• Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
• Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
• Collate detailed stock condition information
• Experience in conducting EPC surveys is beneficial to the role
