The PositionThe Program Manager Supply Chain (ERP) acts as an intermediary between Business and IT, focusing on ERP system (QAD) improvements. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Order Fulfillment within the MSD division, this global role requires collaborative teamwork and maintaining positive relationships with IT, factory logistics teams, Service Logistics, Global Commercial Excellence, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business to provide tactical and productive solutions, coaching the organization on standardized supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with IT on changes, finding opportunities for data and process improvements, discussing potential solutions, and driving testing, implementation, and training as needed.
- Work with IT and other Business Application owners on ERP system upgrades.
- Develop and conduct ERP training for team members to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system in daily operations.
- Analyze change requests from business specialists in logistics, service logistics, sales & service operating centers, and GCO.
- Provide daily support for supply chain process issues within the ERP system (QAD).
- Support global strategic projects and programs related to Supply Chain.
- Build partnership with colleagues (Logistics, Procurement, Service, GCO and Finance) across all MSD sites.
This role demands a dynamic individual who can navigate sophisticated environments, drive process improvements, and develop strong collaborative relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Project Management or Supply Chain roles, preferably within a High Tech Systems environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, science, or technical field, or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience demonstarting the required skills.
- Problem solver who can function effectively in a changing environment.
- Analytical and systematic approach with practical pro-active problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exhibits a strong personal ethic code and overall positive personality.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
