The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth. Using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, email, and virtual meetings, you will identify and secure new clients while building lasting relationships. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to account management, with opportunities to upsell and rebook clients for future events.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across multiple events.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to client retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.

Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, conferences, or sponsorships.
