Splunk Consultant (Must be SC Cleared) - Outside IR35

Splunk Consultant with live SC or DV Clearance required by our defence client, working on a major SOC migration programme.

We are seeking an experienced Splunk Consultant, ideally Splunk Core Consultant and Splunk Enterprise Security Admin certified who is comfortable working remotely but also able to travel to the client site in Gosport occasionally when required.

This Splunk Consultant contract will see you working alongside analysts within a dedicated SOC team, helping with live monitoring and migration from the old SOC to the new SOC environment. You'll need to use your experience to take a considered overview of the environment, making sure the environment is robust and ready, and also help with refinement and mapping activities.

To reiterate, you must be SC Cleared in order to apply, and the environment states that you also must be a UK national (no dual nationality allowed). Candidates with Splunk Core Consultant and Splunk Enterprise Security Admin certifications will be strongly preferred. The role is remote however you must be willing and able to travel to Gosport if needed, and the contract will run for an initial 6-month period.
