Solution Architect - S4HANA - SAP FI/CO - GERMAN

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a S/4HANA rollout

• Lead and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver FICO solutions, overseeing end-to-end delivery.
• Develop and maintain solution design, system architecture, and domain-specific reporting.
• Actively participate in project phases (Fit-Gap, Build, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare), ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct Fit to Standard workshops, addressing integration and complex business processes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, documenting technical requirements and aligning with business objectives.

Required Skills

• FICO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, including GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Overhead Costing.
• Industry Experience: Strong background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries; experience with business transformations in these domains is highly desirable.
• S/4HANA Implementation: Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, including project life cycle management and hypercare support.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Proficiency in designing end-to-end business solutions and system architectures, with a focus on SAP-integrated environments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with cross-functional units (Finance, Supply Chain, and IT).
• System Integration: Experience with inbound and outbound IDocs/interfaces (eg, Payment interfaces) and integration with other IT systems (eg, LucaNet for consolidation reporting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and German.
