SR2 are partnered with a scaling UK based consultancy who have recently been awarded a number of large pieces of work in both the public and private sector and are looking for a talented Solutions Architect to join the team who has experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

The role involves providing expert advice to solve technical challenges, create digital strategies, and optimize processes to increase business efficiency and profitability. Reporting to the Manager, you will work with senior leadership to identify technology solutions that meet client needs and contribute to both business and product development.

• Hybrid (Able to work in Bristol to go into clients office)
• Salary negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture: Develop TOGAF-compliant architectures that meet business needs and oversee system integration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on emerging technologies and implement best practices.
Governance & Risk Management: Ensure solutions meet government security, data protection, and accessibility standards.
Mentorship & Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, contribute to product development, and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Solutions Architecture Experience with the Public Sector with DDAT capability framework and GDS standards
• Knowledge of different architecture frameworks across Application, Security, Business, Data, and Technology Architecture
• TOGAF Certification
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• You will have worked in Agile environments
• Good working knowledge of secure system design
• Will either have SC Clearance or be eligible
