Job Description

We're currently looking for a Software Product Manager on a full-time, 12 month fixed term basis. This position sits within the Learning and Assessment team. We are flexible on the location of this role.
The Job
Reporting to the Learning and Assessment CoE manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
Supporting the development of our in-house exam platform, including management of developers and support technicians
Contributing to the product roadmap by identifying innovations that meet ACCA's current and future business needs
Ensuring the roadmap aligns with our IT strategic direction for the platform
Helping to evolve and manage our agile processes to enable fast and effective product delivery
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders involved in exam production and delivery.
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
Has a background in software development and is looking to move into a product management or leadership role.
Has worked on a web-based product and understands full-stack development processes
Has experience with Agile development methodologies
Is familiar with cloud technologies, modern integration approaches, and information management best practices
Can clearly understand and explain technical concepts and apply them to real-world business challenges
Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills and is confident reporting to director-level stakeholders
Ideally has experience supervising or managing software developers.
