The Role

We're seeking a driven Squad Engineering Manager with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js to lead a cross-functional squad. You'll drive agile practices, foster a learning-focused, inclusive engineering culture, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, team development, and collaboration with stakeholders to propel product growth and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineers, ensuring the team has the skills to meet business challenges
• Lead recruitment and onboarding
• Set and drive squad's technical direction
• Promote agile best practices, including automated testing and regular deployments
• Partner with stakeholders on initiatives around training, process enhancement, and knowledge sharing
