We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with Agile Scrum and people management experience to coach and inspire a team of talented Software Engineers.

In this Technical Leadership role you will:

• Lead an experienced development team, implementing processes that ensure efficient and effective solution delivery
• Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and SMEs
• Work with architects and team members to agree the overall design of new products and features
• Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team and proactively remove team delivery impediments
• Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding and team composition planning

You should be a technical leader with a background in Azure and MS Dynamics.

To be successful you will have a passion for developing and mentoring team members as well as producing best in class solutions.
