Job Description
Site Maintenance Manager Data Centre Manage and maintain the data centre infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Oversee the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Air Handling Units (AHU), and Dust Filtration Units (DFU). Monitor and manage Facility Management Systems (FMS), chillers, dampers, and switchgear. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to address any issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Requirements:Proven experience in a data centre or live production facility. Proficiency in managing BMS, UPS, AHU, DFU, FMS, chillers, dampers, and switchgear. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills.
