Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will be focused on the upgrade and refresh of a waste water management plant in Western Glasgow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all day-to-day construction activities at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise thevarious trades and subcontractors working on the project, managing theirschedules and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager, architects, engineers, and client to provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate on solutions to any issues that arise.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- SMSTS
- Experience with Civils.
- Water experience - Preferable
- First Aid - Preferable
- DOMS - Preferable
