About the Role
As a Siebel Engineer, you will join a team dedicated to developing AI-powered solutions that transform customer experiences. Your technical expertise will contribute to building smart, scalable systems that support seamless human-machine interaction. You'll work closely with software engineers, UX designers, and product managers to ensure optimal performance and innovation.

- Siebel Configuration (Applets, workflows, business components)
- Siebel eScript
- Open UI Framework (PM, PR, PW customization)
- Javascript, HTML/(S)CSS
- SQL/DB2
- Genesys CTI PureCloud
- Azure DevOps (GIT, Boards)

About You
- Experience with Siebel development and Open UI customization
- Strong understanding of data modelling and Front End development (JS, HTML, CSS)
- Familiar with Agile ways of working and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Critical thinker with strong communication skills
- Driven by customer-centric design and accountability
- Proactive, hands-on, and innovation-minded
