This is a customer-focussed role with the customer journey from initial enquiry to successful purchase/ lease being central to success. This role will suit someone who has property management experience, preferably from social housing or private housing.
Experience of sales, lettings and lease management would also be advantageous.

Shared Ownership Officer / Social Housing
Location: Manchester City Centre / Remote
Salary:£39,374
Contract:Fixed-term 4 Months Hours:
35 hours per week Hybrid:
95% RemoteWorking as a shared ownership officer for a large social housing association, you will be providing a professional, high-quality service to current and future market rent, rent to buy, shared ownership and leasehold customers.
You will be one of the main points of contact for all non-social property enquiries, providing information on new build developments, advising on legislation and processes covering leasehold, freehold, rented properties, block, and estate management.
