Servicenow Specialist

ServiceNow Engineer - Data Modelling position at a leading company in the telecommunications sector based in Bern, Switzerland.

Your tasks:

• Data Model Adaptions: Tailor and optimize data models to meet business needs and workflows.
• Domain Separation & Cross-Domain Reuse: Implement domain separation and manage reuse across domains.
• Service Automation: Automate services and streamline workflows for improved efficiency.
• Integration of External Frameworks: Integrate external automation frameworks and data stores into ServiceNow.
• Portal Generation: Develop user-friendly portals based on business service portfolios and external UX design.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create reporting and service dashboards focusing on billing, monitoring, and KPIs.
• Object-Oriented Design: Apply object-oriented design methods in solution development.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Proven expertise in domain separation and cross-domain reuse.
• Strong experience in service automation and integrating external frameworks.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design methods.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture, Python programming, and SQL/Graph databases (a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a related field.
