Job Description

ServiceNow Automation Engineer - PSP 10/11 requiered

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for the automated provisioning and operation of ServiceNow instances in a complex development and test environment.
  • Deployment of virtual machines, databases, containers, and other infrastructure components.

Required Skills (Must-Have):

  1. Experience with Ansible Scripting for infrastructure automation.
  2. Strong expertise in ServiceNow and several years of operational experience.
  3. Familiarity with MariaDB Galera and ProxySQL.
  4. Knowledge of OpenShift for deploying ServiceNow subsystems.
  5. Experience with Docker build and deployment.
  6. Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools.
  7. Experience in automated software deployment.
  8. Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  9. Strong DevSecOps mindset - "You build it, you run it".

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  1. ServiceNow development experience, including Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  2. Knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL V4.
  5. Experience with Ansible Automation Controller (Ansible Tower).
  6. JavaScript development experience.
