Job Description

Technical Product Owner/Solution Consultant - ITOM Event Management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions (CMDB, Event Management).

  • Define requirements with IT and business teams.

  • Manage the ITOM product backlog and roadmap.

  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices.

  • Provide technical support to the Configuration & Monitoring team.

  • Optimize ITOM workflows and integrations.

  • Create Low-Level Design Documentation and estimate implementation.

  • Manage upgrades (docs review, impact analysis, testing).

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Health (CSA & CIS-EM certified).

  • Strong experience in ITOM Health implementations.

  • Deep knowledge of ITOM processes and best practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Agile project management.
