Technical Product Owner/Solution Consultant - CSDM
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the CSDM strategy and roadmap.
Define data model requirements and Master Data Architecture.
Design products using the Advanced Product Catalog for Sales & Order Management.
Ensure data integrity across the platform.
Provide technical guidance on data modelling.
Conduct audits and updates of the CSDM.
Manage integrations with ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Create Low-Level Design Documentation and estimate implementation.
Oversee upgrades (docs review, impact analysis, testing).
Requirements:
Expertise in ServiceNow CSDM (CSA & CIS CMDB/CSDM certified).
Strong experience with CSDM implementations.
Knowledge of data modelling, architecture, and governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Nice to have:
Experience mapping Customer Services to Advanced Product Catalog & Sales/Order Management.
