New Opportunity: ServiceNow HRSD Product Lead- Germany (Hybrid/Flexible)

We're hiring on behalf of one of our top-tier clients in Germany, a leader in digital transformation, known for delivering cutting-edge solutions in the ServiceNow ecosystem. They're now looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Product Line Manager to lead a growing team and drive innovation in Employee Experience.

Your Mission:

As the Product Line Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a key ServiceNow product line focused on Employee Service Management. You'll play a pivotal role across strategy, people leadership, project delivery, and client engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

People & Product Leadership:

• Organizational management and resource coordination
• Strategic personnel planning and employee positioning
• Driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
• Coaching and supporting the professional development of your team

Strategy & Growth:

• Evolve and market the product line within the ServiceNow space
• Take ownership of budget, sales planning, and partner management
• Standardize project approaches and ensure excellence in delivery
• Monitor market trends and integrate innovative approaches

Project Delivery in a ServiceNow Environment:

• Oversee planning and quality assurance across HRSD/ELX projects
• Act as a key contact for both customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful delivery and measurable project outcomes

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in project or program management
• Strong background in ServiceNow HRSD, ideally with focus on Workplace, Talent, or Legal modules
• Several years in consulting and implementation within ServiceNow environments
• Strong interpersonal skills: analytical, confident, proactive, and collaborative
• Business-savvy mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
• German Speaking minimum B2 Level
