ServiceNow HR

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer (HR Module Specialist) to join our customer in Belgium on contract basis. The ideal candidate will quickly integrate into our environment and independently contribute to the successful implementation of two key projects.

The primary goal is to enhance our onboarding process within ServiceNow by transitioning to version 2. Additionally, we require modifications and optimizations to existing ServiceNow forms and workflows to improve efficiency and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of two ServiceNow projects independently.
• Enhance the onboarding process by migrating to version 2 of the ServiceNow HR module.
• Modify and optimize ServiceNow forms and workflows to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of five members (2 internal, 3 external) to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Leverage existing team knowledge, including guidance from the current ServiceNow HR module expert.
• Work closely with IT and business project teams to ensure seamless integration of new modules into the existing ServiceNow environment.

Skills & Experience needed:

• ServiceNow Certified Consultant (HR Enterprise SD) - Expert level
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR module implementation and customization
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a structured project team
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders
