Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer.

Eligible for SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and automation.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB to align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
• Implement Service Catalogs, Request Management, and Self-Service Portals for improved user experience.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, working on ITSM, ITOM, or other modules.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of security and access controls in ServiceNow.
