ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery

ServiceNow Developer vacancy requiring profound Human Resources Service Delivery knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Developing and implementing intricate functionalities to meet diverse business requirements
• Understanding and translating business needs into effective technical solutions
• Integrating the ServiceNow platform with other systems to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
• Engaging in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Supporting and maintaining existing HR processes, ensuring they meet business needs
• Overseeing the development life cycle and managing deployments between ServiceNow instances

Your experience/knowledge:

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Developer, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in Human Resources Service Delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of the HRSD software development life cycle
• Fluency in both Front End and Back End ServiceNow capabilities, along with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Validation Scripts, and Background Scripts
• Familiarity with MID Server, REST, ODBC, LDAP, and SOAP for seamless system integrations
• Language skills: English - fluent
