Empiric are currently working alongside one of the most innovative banks looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with over 5 years hands on experience as a Business Analyst and knowledge on custom application development within financial or banking industry.
The ServiceNow Business Analyst must have a proactive attitude to development and a willingness to be active in the definition of the ITSM & SPM development. Our client is looking for a SN Business Analyst to distil requirements, work in partnership with clients and engineers to deliver solutions, document and drive.

ServiceNow Business Analyst knowledge/experience:

- Management and influencing skills
