Service Operations Manager

Our client, a boutique asset manager, is seeking a hands-on Service Operations Manager. This is a brand-new role within the business as they look to build out the service operations team in-house.

The successful candidate will manage support processes, and work with third-party vendors and the business to improve service quality. They will also play a key role in shaping IT strategy and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key requirement:

• A minimum of 5 years' Service Delivery experience
• Previous experience establishing ITSM capabilities from ground zero
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Solid skills and knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, security and collaboration technologies
• Financial services experience is essential, Private Equity is preferable
