Job title: Service Desk AnalystSalary: Up to £40,000Working hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 5:30pmLocation: South West London Working style: Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home depending on business demandsWe are working with a Law firm who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who is willing to get involved in projects and expand their skillset. They need a Service Desk Analyst in order to support their growing user base.Due to the structure of the team, the Service Desk Analyst will have the chance to get involved in numerous aspects of IT and become a Jack of all trades. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will also have the chance to work on projects including cloud migrations, Office moves, Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, Exchange to Exchange online migration and rollouts.Essential skills - Service Desk Analyst:
