In addition to the Line Management of Technical Coordinators, you will provide support in the provision of comprehensive administrative and coordination activities for a range of complex repair projects, ensuring protocols and financial processes are adhered to and recorded. Activity will include scheduling of appointments, liaising with contractors, compiling, and evaluating disclosure documents.About youWe are looking for someone with• Experience in Line Management • Experience of scheduling / diary management ideally within a repair's environment • Proven track record of providing administrative services including accurate record keeping • Experience of maintaining databases and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointWhy Riverside?At Riverside, we're a housing association with a difference - enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
