Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer on behalf of our client, a market-leading business specialising in developing and integrating digital transformation solutions. Location - Cumbria - HybridSalary - £50,000 - £55,000Key Skills - PLC Programming, SCADA Development

Our client is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with experience in troubleshooting, fault finding and fixing in operational/production environments who is confident in making design decisions.

Duties of the Senior Systems Engineer include:

• Full life Cycle PLC and SCADA development
• On-site commissioning
• Be able to think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solutions maximising the automation of tasks and templates
• Mentoring junior team members
• Requirement gathering and creation of associated documentation
• Support Sales to scope new work, assess its duration and review technical risk
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing technical excellence, quality and customer value realisation

We are keen to speak to Senior Systems Engineers with the following skills and experience

• Degree Qualified
• Demonstrable experience in PLC programming and SCADA software development
• Good problem-solving skills (technical and client)
• Strong IT skills covering Networking & Security
• Experience in performing Client Acceptance Testing
