About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in Sprinklr and Contact Center Solutions to lead chatbot and telephony projects. You'll design, develop, and integrate chatbot solutions with CRM and business systems, ensuring seamless workflows and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical projects from design to deployment. Develop and integrate Sprinklr chatbot & telephony solutions. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
Expertise in Sprinklr, APIs, system integrations, and NLP concepts.7+ years in IT, with 3+ years leading technical teams. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
