Senior Service Charge Accountant

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Service Charge Accountant who has a Property sector background and experience of Qube MRI.

The role is working for a leading company in Hertfordshire with around 50 employees and would suit an ambitious and articulate individual who will also take on managerial responsibilities.

The role is open to candidates who are full OR part qualified (AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Key Duties:

• Build relationships with the Property Management department and provide accounting insight.
• Review ledgers for consistency and quality.
• Identify, calculate and enter accruals, prepayment and adjustment journals.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial management reports.
• Explain the meaning of the numbers to stakeholders.
